Is losing 4.5kg normal? Within 11 months? I was 70kg in January, now i am 65.5kg, i used to go gym but never did cardio only strength training. Despite strength training why i lost so much weight when i wanted to gain weight? Please help me, is this fat loss or what? And is this weight loss normal? My height is 5'7. I workout daily. Thyroid-normal Lft-normal Urine-normal Food choice: only homemade, no junk food.
