Hi,
I had started regular gym in 2018. In last 6 months I have started heavy weight lifting. I feel tired and exhaused most of the time. I take a slightly restricted diet. However I don't take any additional protien or any supplements
Otherwise my job is basically desk job with less physical activity and I sleep for approx 6 hrs a day.
Pls advise what can be possible reasons for the regular fatigue.
I do not suffer with any diabetes/bp or any other issues.
