I am 19 weeks pregnant.
My hba1c have always been in 5.1-5.2 range since last few years.
But I did 75gm glucose tolerance test today.
My level was fasting 82 and ppbs after 2 hours 170.
Is it too high?
I am so worried that I am crying all the time.
Can it be controlled thru diet or will I need medication and insulin?

Yes the sugar levels after 2 hours are high
this is gestational diabetes
you need a diabetic diet and walk 45 minutes 5 days in a week
monitor your sugar levels
if still high despite diet n exercise you will require medication
