Change of life style, diet as BLAND, add excercise.
At head end put one brick on both side to change body inclement. Pillow is not at all have that effect.
Bland diet means least spicy no fast junk food or roadside food.
Plenty of liquid, water, buttermilk, curd to be used.
Tab nexpro Rd 40 one in empty stomach for seven to ten days.
Mucaine gel 10 ml without water four times a day no relation with food.its instant. Nothing by mouth till 30 min.
U can use till required.
