Gastritis, lower chest pain, burping
I had upper abdominal pain last week. It lasted for more than one hour. I consulted a doctor he suggested some test like blood test troponin, ccg and echocardiography i have done them all everything is normal and i took the medicines he suggested. But today i am again having that pain which lasted for 2-3 mins. Both the pains happened in the afternoon before lunch at around 2pm. Kindly advice me

Hello dear don't worry, Your problem is due to Pitta vikar,Take Avipattikar Churna 1 tsf bid with water before meals for 15 days,Saunf and Ajwayan boiled and cooled water

1 st tip to u would be to have food on time .. 2 nd tip would be to have cumin seed ( jeera ) water after food twice daily !! Start yogasan n pranayama
