Gastritis and diet problems
Hi, my husband is 33yrs old. He works as an engineer and his job includes long hours of sitting and working with computers. He often suffers from gastritis even due to a slight change in food and occasionally from headache and muscle pain. i would like to know a healthy diet plan that would keep him healthy and energetic.

Hello. there could be many reasons why he is facing gastritis. One reason could be excess release of stomach acid release. The reason for excess of stomach acid could be large gaps between meals which can also be the causative factor of headache , and lack of physical activity is an added on input to the condition. Some thing that is advisable is having the mid meals. Having healthy snacks in the middle which are not very heavy on the stomach is advise, also increasing the fluid intake would help in reducing the symptoms.
