Gastric heart pain and Indigestion
I was suffering from Gastric heart pain and indigestion. Did an echo and ecg and everything came normal. Did an UGI endoscopy test and result was Gastric Erosion. Checked with the Doctor and he said that it's a first stage of ulcer. Just wanted to know whether this is correct and what foods I need to ignore to avoid this in future?

You have undergone the most advanced investigations for your problem. There is no pressing need for Surgery.  You have to be careful about your diet. Avoid Alcohol and tobacco products. You should avoid spicy and fried foods. Better to have soft easily digestible diet. You should take PPI so that gastric erosion doesn't become worse.

"No hurry, No worry, No curry"... First of all take meals at correct time ... Try to finish or take last meal of the day by night 8PM... Prefer home cooked food to outside food... Avoid spicy foods., carbonated drinks,, quit smoking and alcohol if you are into these, consume plenty of fruits and vegetables, reduce stress levels by doing medidatiion or yoga, avoid non veg food if possible.. Practise these for such minimum period till your symptoms are completely resolved... I advice to imbibe these in your day to day life... Along with these life style and diet modifications, continue your medications if prescribed..
