Gastric Headache
I am having head heaviness since last couple of days and sometimes dull pain as well in between.

Yes, gas can cause heaviness in head.
Do you have constipation?
Take tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for about 10 days.
Tab Dimethicone 40mg every 8 hours for a week.
Next Steps
avoid hot and spicy food , take small frequent meals with more of fresh green vegetables, fruits, fresh curd.
drink more water.
