Gas formation starts in upper abdomen. Then spreads all over the body. Experiencing pain in chest, upper abdomen, and finally in complete abdomen. Lack of appetite. Gastric pain in anal region occasionally.

Reduce your protien diet if you have switched to one recently. The commonest cause for such discomfort is not having balanced diet. Please have good mix of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Hope it will help. Seek doctor if symptoms persist.
