Gas, stomach rumbling and growling

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I took an ipill on 23rd February and had withdrawl bleeding 5 days after. Also had a negative pregnancy test. But since I've taken the pill my stomach has been making rumbling and growling noises and I can feel bubbles in my stomach and water moving inside. I can feel vibrations and stomach pulsations. Even have constipation and burping. It's very uncomfortable. Please help.
