Gas problem.
There is a severe pain in my chest due to gas from last 2 days.When I take medicine its stops but after few hours pain starts again.Kindly Suggest me some medicine to get rid of this.

Avoid heavy meals,spicy food,oily foods...eat at regular intervals,have dinner 2 hours before sleep,sleep with head raised...take over the counter medications you will be fine...if symptoms persists long consult doctors
