1- Gandharv hastadi tail 30ml with 1/2 cup of hot milk @ night twice in a week (Tuesday or Friday ) mrudu virechana with correct your Apan vata and break the vibhanda if you have any associated.
Hinguastaka chuana 5 grm twice in a day after food with Luke warm water

This is due to improper food and habits.
Drink warm water during morning in empty stomach.
Drink at least 2 ltrs of water per day.
Avoid junk foods.
Take Tab. Gasex 1 tab. 3 times a day after food.

:-Metronidazole 400 mg BD ( after breakfast and dinner)
:-take panchasav of baidynath company ( three table spoon panchasav mix with three table spoon with water and drink it ) ( after breakfast and dinner)
:- do jot drink tea empty stomach, avoid spicy food
