It is mostly due to indigestion. Occasionally related with malfunction of liver enzymes. Indigested food starts to ferment in our intestines leading to gases formation and ultimately flatulance (farting). drink luke warm water daily during the day and warm water in the morning and at bed time. Ayurvedic treatment is the best option to treat it.
