Gas issue and digestion problem

I am facing gas issue and sometimes little pain in right and left side of stomach . When passing stool , gas is passing a lot. If some times eating late , then gas forms and pain start in left hand and chest

Gas like bloating may be due to IBS. OTHER causes like Gastritis etc are also possible. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Plant based diet Should be learnt and followed. Discuss im details for proper treatment.
