Gas in lower abdomen
Having severe gas problem in lower abdomen on 14-15 day of my cycle. Gas occurs for 3 days and cause severe pain.

Hello, It is a common tendency to experience gastric issues and is called mid cycle bloating. There is nothing to worry about. If there is severe pain, consult a local physician and take the prescribed medications.

Its normal,  midcycle or  ovulation gives rise to some bloated sensation. If it gives you  pain you can have antacyd and if more meftal spas.

Hi Practo User, Mid cycle bloating can occur normally around time of ovulation along with lower abdominal pain ( 14-15 day of cycle) .
Next Steps
Cut down on high sugar and soya (if u tk tofu or soya milk ) during this phase instead take diet rich in micronutrients ( specially Zinc and selenium )with lots of fluids (3-4ltrs) and probiotics

Contact your Doctor if you took/ or are on any ovulation induction drugs or if pain is unbearable
