Gas formation and result in motion at every 2/3 hour it increases after lunch / dinner . It make my stomach felt like stone .

It is sign of INFECTION. Need Antibiotics. Maintain hydration. Have plenty of fluids. Discuss in details for proper DISCUSSION and guidance.
