Gas due to empty stomach
I am suffering from gastric problem too much i eat in control means no over eating no spicy i am pure veg and no alchol or smoker etc but still i have created gas very much sometimes it goes in head and created headache a lot from last 2 to 3 years i generally realize that it will create between breakfast and lunch time because i think take i feel hungry before one hour to lunch or sometime it created between lunch and dinner ; same i starts feeling hungry nearly 7 pm but eat lunch at nearer 8:30 pm ; is this the reason or anything else plz tell

Gastritis can get precipitated by many dietery factors including spices coffee tea cold drinks staying hungry etc.
Would need Treatment after proper evaluation
