Gas and migraine headache
I had gas problem and migraine from last 5 or 6 years due to skip of meal or delayed meal it started gas formation and thus my headache starts on forehead region mainly , it last from morning to evening etc ; from last year i also started taking telplus ( allopathic) medicine for it and now it was quute normal as 127/85 so plz prescribe me best medicine for this also can i continue telplus along with ; my main problem is headache due to gas

Sir firstly you need to start an improvement in your life style by never skipping the meals and never take the night meals late .you need to avoid excess coffee tea intake ,avoid drinking water with food or immediately after food ,stop and reduce smoking and alcohol intake .give a gap two hrs between dinner and sleep ,avoid spicy and fat oily deep fried food and chicken mutton in non veg ,provide the intake of your water daily .
