Dear patient, 1. Be alert for serious symptoms – If you start having stomach pain, vomiting, black-colored stools, or a burning feeling in your stomach, you should consult doctor 2. Coconut water is safe in small amounts – You can drink one glass a day. It helps keep you hydrated and is gentle on the stomach. Avoid drinking it on an empty stomach. 3. Eat light and soft foods – Choose simple foods like curd rice, oats, bananas, and avoid spicy, oily, or fizzy drinks. Also, don’t lie down right after eating. 4. Keep drinking water – Sip warm or room temperature water often to help with dry mouth and protect your stomach while taking medicines.
