Gaps between teeth after using braces
I’m 24 years old.I have had braces 5 years ago. And after that I have used retainers till now. From past 1 month I have stopped using them since I have lost my retainers. Now I can see that gaps are appearing between my teeth. What is the solution? Do I have to take retainers again ? Or is there any other solution? What will be the cost?

May there is relapse in your case. You have used retainers for quiet long and teeth gap should not ideally recur after 5 years. In my opinion you might need repeat braces treatment for shorter duration. Please visit your orthodontist.
Next Steps
See Orthodontist, repeat xrays
Health Tips
See orthodontist sooner to reduce duration of treatment
