Hello,
Visit a dentist and get it checked. Gap in between teeth can be closed by 1. Orthodontic treatment which is the best and most conservative treatment.
2. Composite or ceramic veneers.
3. Crowns.
Teeth gaps should be corrected by orthodontic treatment, you can go for clear aligners if you dont want braces.
Clear Aligners are costlier treatment and also time taken will 6-8 months.
Another option is to get Veneers, which are thin shells of porcelain fixed permanently to your teeth which will correct the gaps as well as shape and colour of teeth.Veneering can makeover your smile within a week.
Good you got your teeth cleaned,Its got nothing to do with gaps but actually shows how much calculus(dirt) you had between your teeth. If not for cleaning you would have probably lost your front teeth in near future.
Next Steps
Depending upon the condition of your supporting bone of your front teeth the treatment plan has to be decided
Hello Mam,
A periodontal screening is recommended (health of your gums and underlying bone supporting the tooth), followed by which cosmetic procedures with or without periodontal therapy is advised.

Hello,
Mam as a cosmetic dentist I would recommend you to initially get your periodontal status(gums and the underlyieng bone)checked first so that we can determine the reason behind increasing tooth spacing.
We can then opt for ceramic Veneers/laminates to improve the aesthetics and to close the gaps.Regards,Dr Sumanmakam,Dental arts, jayanagar,Bangalore
