Hello, to loose weight you need to cut down your daily intake of calories. Avoid all fat rich foods like butter, ghee, fried foods, cream, etc. Consume atleast 4 meals per day. Avoid sweets and chocolate. Prefer more of salad in lunch & dinner. Don't overeat. If you are hungry between meals eat fruit like guava, apple, melons etc. avoid bakery products. Go for walking or jogging for atleast 30 - 45 mins daily.
