Hlo sir or mam plz guide me regarding going for a gamca medical test In these 2 days What special food should I add in my diet plz guide me in morning mostly I taken little oats with honey and fruit mix garnishing and after breakfast I take in a gap of 30 min a green tea and lunch to and after 1 hours gap I take 1 glass beetroot juice
Lunch I take litle oats with honey and 1 apple 🍎 2 big carrot and 1 normal sise beetroot and than evening go it for zyming only do litle exercise like multi only 40 min than back home take greentea and dinner around 7.30 pm I prefer to take only 4 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables like brocolli Cabbage and mix vegetables with 1 egg omlet with making olive oil
And salad like tomatoes only than hit for brisk walking 2 km
Is my diet ok for the following 2
Can I litle run in the morning like 5 km
And on my gamca test day, will I have to take it on my
breakfast. Only oats with toned milk and 1 apple
After reaching there can I have 1 dab pani

Hi...you can take light food 3-4 hrs before the test or better to confirm with them as you need to do fast or something...yes caffeine, alcohol intake should be prohibited...don't do heavy excercise 24-48 hrs before the test...drink lots of fluid base diet...no junk n outside food
