Healthy morning sir, Preparing for Gamca test is crucial as it affects your visa approval. It’s recommended to avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoking for at least 48 hours before test. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and avoid strenuous physical activity before the test. It’s also important to get good nights sleep and have light meals before test . Make sure brings all necessary documents, such as passports and visa documents, with you to the medical centre.
