Having gallstones 2 yrs back was Having 4 stone biggest was 8mm , tried homeopathic, Ayurvedic ( 7 to 8 doctors) not only size increased 14 mm even number of stones increased. Multiple stones, 10 to 12 atleast. Now I don't believe those who said homeopathic can dissolve stones. Even tried Ayurvedic but not much relief. Should I go for surgery. Worried that if my gallbladder removed may lead to fat soluble vitamins deficiency or some or other digestive issues . Do not know what to do , Fade up of bloating belching, gas and nausea. Want honest opinion. Already tried homeopathic ( 2 yrs )

You might have to restrict certain fatty foods after surgery but that you will need even without surgery.
