Before 1month I found that I HV multiple freely movable 3_4mm gallstones but there is no symptoms of it. Now today and
i m suffering from gastric problem after my every meal or whatever I eat there is a pain in my upper portion of my stomach and my full stomach is filled with gas it's very uncomfortable for me. Is this happend due to gallstones? What kind of food I HV to avoid for this? Can I do intermediate fasting for loosing weight in this condition? My urine colour is also very little pale in colour is it also related to that? My stones are very tiny can it be serious something or I HV to do surgery quickly. Plz suggest me. And plz suggest some medicine for this gastric problem.
