You should get ultrasound examination done once every six months. If Gall stones are increasing in size, or becoming more in number, or you start getting symptoms, you should consult a General Surgeon for its treatment/ surgery.

In symptomatic cholelithiasis surgery is advised. Ursodeoxycholic acid won't help in this case. For better evaluation and treatment please consult a general surgeon in your place .
