It's been a week since their stitches were cut and then everything was fine but today light yellow oily fluid has come out from the between of their two stitches is it fine or something else?

It can be seroma.
Is the patient fatty? There occurs sub cutaneous fat necrosis, which secretes from stitch site as discharge of seroma.
Treatment is local warm compression twice daily.
Try to press the wound site to drain the collection.
If discharge is in good quantity, then oral anti-inflammatory medicine is to be added.
