Since the Gall Bladder shows multiple calculi (5-7 mm) it is definitely advisable to go for surgery. CBD (Common bile duct) being of normal calibre implies the stones have caused an obstruction of the biliary system. You need to check for Liver function tests if not done.
Small calculi can lead to future issues like cholecystitis (inflammation of the GB), pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas) and obstructive jaundice.
