Gall bladder is distended
"I have uploaded a report showing multiple echogenic calculi, with the largest measuring approximately 15mm, embedded in sludge in the gallbladder. The gallbladder appears distended. The patient is experiencing acidity and occasional pain. How many more months could surgery be avoided, if at all? Is surgery necessary, or are there alternative treatments available? Additionally, could you suggest some medications to alleviate gas and pain in the meantime?"
