Doctor has told me to get upper abdomen ultrasonography for gallbladder problem. But problem is I can't hold urine even for 1 minute. So, in this case how ultrasonography will be done??? Is it possible to get ultrasonography of upper abdomen without full urinary bladder???

No doctor will tell you to come with a full bladder for sonography of the upper abdomen. That is the precaution for sonography of the lower abdomen.
Please read the printed instructions on the Ultrasound requisition Form.
You can do but for problem of urinary bladder and pelvic area of problem -urinary bladder should be full.
