I am suffering pain of abdomen upper layer due to lift of full bucket of water. This pain is happening mid of my abdomen.

Since how many days you have pain? Is there any swelling, redness, fever? How severe is the pain? Is it increases on activity or it is present at rest.? Check these things and revert back.
