Multiple calculi seen in gall blader lumen largest of which measred 13 mm c.b.d 3.2 mm & vizulised upto its retro pancreatic portion. no obivious intraductal calculas seen.

I feel you will need a laparoscopic cholecystectomy irrespective of whether you have any symptoms or no as you are very young and have a long life ahead. Kindly consult a surgical gastroenterologist for the same.get yourself operated
