Multiple calculi in the lumen
Hello, recently I did whole abdomen pelvis ultrasound and the report says there's evidence of multiple calculi in the lumen largest measuring 4mm. No pericholecystic fluid noted. I have not experienced any pain so far, do I need surgery?

Lumen is a cavity of tubular structure. You haven't mention stone in gall bladder or ureter.
