Any surgery during pregnancy is generally avoided. You are 22 weeks pregnant. At this stage surgery is relatively safe compared to the surgery at an earlier period of gestation. Please keep in touch with a General Surgeon regarding management of cholelithiasis.  Let him decide whether you need surgery or not.

The only treatment of gall stone is surgical removal of the gallbladder Which cannot be done in pregnancy The function of gallbladder is to digest the fatty food that you intake Avoid the intake of fried and spicy food
