Gall bladder stone
Actually I have done an USG abdomen/pelvis/small parts and it was written that my gall bladder is partially distended. A calculus of size 9mm noted in the neck of gall bladder. Also I don't have any pain in my chest so do I need surgery or it can be cured by medication. And what kind of food shall I take and being a person from northeast I'm staying in chennai for studies.. the food is totally different here so if you can suggest me so food that I should take it avoid it would be greatful. Thankyou.

Hello Cholelithiasis is one the most common incidental findings on usg.  We call it incidental when it is detected on routine usg done for other reasons. Surgery is rarely advised if a patient is asymptomatic like hemolysis Or associated gb polyp. If you don't have any symptoms you can follow with a medical Gastroenterologist. There a lot of good Gastroenterologist in South.
Next Steps
Go to a good Gastroenterologist
Health Tips
Medicines like ursocol don't help much in asymptomatic gallstones.
