Hello
Cholelithiasis is one the most common incidental findings on usg. We call it incidental when it is detected on routine usg done for other reasons. Surgery is rarely advised if a patient is asymptomatic like hemolysis Or associated gb polyp. If you don't have any symptoms you can follow with a medical Gastroenterologist. There a lot of good Gastroenterologist in South.
Next Steps
Go to a good Gastroenterologist
Health Tips
Medicines like ursocol don't help much in asymptomatic gallstones.
