Gall bladder issue
I am not sure if I have gall stones or not, but I am frequently having bowel problem, lethargy, and exhausted. I have done LFT and my report is normal. But sometimes I feel slight pain in my right rib bone if I press it. Last year on March, I did USG and everything was okay, now I am worried again.

If your USG was normal last year and also your LFT then you are less likely to have Gall stones at least for now. Lethargy and exhaustion are not sign of gall stones. Bowel problems are mainly due to your eating habits. Try to relate your bowel problem on a day with a particular food you ate on that or previous day. It may help you in knowing and avoiding it. This will solve your problem without any medication. Pain on right lower rib could be pointed pressure on rib or muscle. If there is no visible swelling there and your USG did not report any abnormality in liver then you don't need to worry for that.
