I'm 5'4 21 years old and 42kg how can I gain weight I don't feel hungry at all even if I do once I stat eating I feel it's enough also I'm vegetarian

Hi, As per your age and height your ideal weight should be 62 kg. Drinking enough water and doing little bit exercise on a regular basis will improve your digestion and you feel hungry. Hi Consume nuts, seeds, sprouts, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits especially fresh dates and raisins as they may helpful you in increasing your hunger..or raise your appetite levels slowly...red bananas, Kerala bananas, Almond and banana milk shakes, sweet potato kheer, Roots and Tuber vegetables, high GI foods, moderate simple and complex carbs, moderate plant protein and fats,2tsp ghee in dal for daily lunch with rice, curds, milk and milk products, cream milk,sweet potatoes , low fiber, home made foods and home made pure desi ghee sweet items etc to be taken adequately and liberally..
