Hai. Don't take any medicine for gaining weight until and unless you have properly functioning digestive system. If your digestive system is not up to the mark then medicines won't help.

If you are gaining weight than you should not take ashwagandha in any form.
If you want to gain weight than first take ayurvedic medicine for digestion and than ajashwagandhai lehyam for solid muscular gain.
