Fungle infection in private part

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I hav been having fungle infection in my both hand and in my private part for one and half year .. its too much itch. I use terbinafine cetrizine itraconazole fluconazole and ointment cream. but my effected parts going to damage please do me fever..
