I am male 27 , serious problem with fungal disease near to private part and used creams tablets stil same issue , severe itching , irritating .. please help me to sort out from this issue

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the thighs and Genital area. It can be treated completely. You have to take four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Please don't use steroid creams or other cheap medicines over the areas affected.
