Fungal infection as you mention in both areas may be just a coincidence and separate entities. But before any medication get yourself evaluated clinically. At your age most commonly what is seen is lichen planus and induces burning sensation. Again appropriate medication would warrant clinical examination. Just restrict yourself to bland diet.
Hi, u need to visit your dentist and ensure what sort of infection or patches or discoloration u have, accordingly he or she can guide u n get rid of your tongue trouble and burning Sensation..

How do u know that it is fungal infection and not anything else. Have you got it diagnosed. Treatment in this regard needs clinical examination. And then medication. Please see a dentist at the earliest. Dr Mona Mittal -Mittal dental care faridabad
