Fungal infections to my left leg knee.
My left leg knee had infected by Fungal infections from last 6 months and I used candid dustin power, keto soap, and some antibiotics tablets. From last couple of days some pus is coming out. Please suggest me the best treatment.

Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
