The condition ur mentioning sounds more like intertriginous Candida infection, commonly occurring in the fourth interdigital space of the toes. It may be asymptomatic or cause mild symptoms. It may lead to intense itching. It could be coz of lack of ventilation or tight fitting shoes. Sweat aggravates the condition. Antifungals will take care of the issue proving the predisposing factors r taken care of.
Health Tips
use a medicated antifungal powder to keep the toes and feet dry
