Fungal infection from long time
I am having this infection from long time on my right knee. I tried several cream like Zole F and other it is not getting cured. Please see the image attached image and advice the treatment that help me to get rid off from this

It could be psoriasis or eczema also.. please get a direct consultation with Dermatologist with proper history to get proper treatment
