My mother aged 80 has a pseudo fracture in her feumer bone on both her legs. Her bone has become angular over a period of time.
One doctor has given the solution to fix a flexi rod to support the fracture. On second opinion with another doctor, we got a different solution. The second doctor said the bone has become so angular that flexi rod cannot be fitted there. He has suggested that we can break the bone and the join the bones with the rod supporting them. We are in.a dilemma. Please advice
