I feel angry, frustrated and unable to work sometimes. My field of work is of creative nature. Sometimes I get angry when I hear people not making sense. And frequent urge to destroy something. Do I need to consult a psychologist to diagnose this problem.

Hi you, I hope you are not equating this temporary feeling of anger and intolerance to your permanent identity. This person is not you, it is just your temporary situation which yes, may be resolved with some inner work so maybe considering therapy would be a good start as that generally gets you closer to understanding the roots of your behaviour and achieving your personal goals. We’d have to understand the root of your anger, the root of your coping mechanisms, root of your urge to “destroy”, what does “destroy” even mean? Can it be done in a healthy way? And so much more. But personally, I’d suggest a mix of therapy, meditation, movement and yoga, and a lot of introspection and journaling.

Dear you are very sensitive and anxious so I would suggest consult a homoeopathic doctor and a psychologist the combination of both will boost your health.......... Psychiatry is not biological..... Biological is psychiatry........ When we face anxiety then we irritate easily and angry on someone easily we cannot control on our self....... This is due to biological chemical in balance in your brain.....
Next Steps
deer first change your place where you live and remember one word from a that.............. mind matters we should care of it..... you will be alright God bless you dear....

Yes you need to consult psychologist. Frustration and anger affect people emotionally and physically. You may work out these feelings by talking with someone or through physical activity (such as running, cleaning house, or punching a pillow). Working out frustration and anger in a physical way helps relieve muscle tension and may reduce restlessness and irritation. Unresolved frustration and anger may grow until you are not able to deal with them. You may then yell, scream, or hit someone or something. Unexpressed frustration and anger can also cause other problems.
Next Steps
You can help yourself and overcome with counselling. You can contact me through online consultation for further assistance. Please share a positive feedback if you are satisfied with our conversation under the given link. https://www.practo.com/bangalore/therapist/shubha-chittaranjan-sports-psychologist?utm_source=organic&utm_campaign=doctor_profile_share&platform=iOS&utm_medium=health_app Thank you
Health Tips
The first step in overcoming frustration and anger is to recognize that you are feeling these emotions. Many people were taught as children not to express frustration and anger. If you are feeling bottled up inside and are not sure what to do about it, try: Talking with someone you trust. Talking may help you become more clear about what you are feeling. Talking out loud to yourself. You can even use a recorder and play back what you've recorded. This helps you hear yourself express your feelings as though you were listening to someone else. Writing about your feelings. It may be helpful to make a list of everything that is bothering you. You can then decide which items you can change and write down ways that you can change them. Recognizing things that you cannot change. There may be things that you can do nothing about. Simply writing them down is often helpful. Reminding yourself that some things are beyond your control also helps. Letting go of the wish that you could change them may be hard to do. You may need to remind yourself daily or many times throughout the day that these things are beyond your control. Making changes to help reduce your anger and frustration. For example, if your child's television programs bother you, move the television into a room where you can shut the door. Or you can wear earplugs if noises, such as the television or radio, seem louder than usual.
