When sugar level is high then avoid sweet fruit like mango ,banana ,chikoo,grapes and dates and rest all seasons fruit can take but portion should be measured like 100 to 150 grams can be taken.

2 small servings of any seasonal fruit is recommended. If the sugar levels are not in control restrict the sweet fruits like lichi, mango and banana. Cherry , peaches, plums, jamun, nectarine and citrus fruits are the best
