Fruits in first trimester
Hi My sister in law is expecting, it's been 1.5 months only. Can she eat kiwi during this time? Also pls suggest fruits to eat and to avoid in pregnancy trimester -wise.

She can eat all the fruits she want. There is no classification for fruits trimester wise. Avoid pineapple,water melon seeds,papaya seeds in early 3 months

She can eat anything if she has been used to eating it when she was not pregnant. There are very few exceptions to this rule.
