Hi. I think the cause of frozen shoulder is more important. Is it a primary frozen shoulder which is commonly seen with diabetes patients. Secondary frozen shoulder is present after any tear in rotator cuff muscle which needs further clinical evaluation and radiological evaluation. If untreated and undiagnosed it may lead to lead to bad outcome.

⢠Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment shoulder is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the shoulder with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Frozen shoulder is self limiting disease which can take somewhere between 6 months to 2 years to cure.
