Front tooth broke and infection
My son is of 8yrs old one day he fell down and broke his front teeth and after some day the left over teeth colour changed, and after some day the teeth next to that particular tooth fell and it is more than 6 months still there is no growth with that teeth and the left over broken teeth is also not falling, and there is some pus formation

It must be deciduous teeth that must have fallen and no need to panic . Check with a dentist with an X-ray . The permanent front teeth usually erupts around 8-9 yrs . Since there is pus formation it is advisable to consult and remove the broken fragments .
